    四季美汤包
是武汉市著名的风味小吃之一。

   四季美汤包馆子1922年由汉阳人田玉山创店经营,其特色为"皮薄、汤多、馅嫩、味鲜。"小笼汤包,顾名思义,就是包子内含有汤汁,用小笼屈蒸出的小包子。"四季美"有四季美味汤包而出名,特剔是当秋天湖蟹上市时,同新鲜蟹肉制成的汤包更是脍炙人口,蟹味鲜浓,令食客大饱口福。

    今天四季美已发展成为饮业有限责任公司,不仅有销售店堂,生产厂地,并研制速香菇汤包申请了国家专利,1991年获商业部金鼎奖称号,创制了虾仁、香菇、蟹黄 甲鱼、财鱼等新品种,其"金鱼戏莲"获商业部90年度饮食业金鼎奖,使汤包发展成系列化;中国许多领袖,毛泽东、朱德、邓小平等都品尝过,赞不绝口;"四季美汤包"也会令您增添对武汉的美好形象。

    Si ji mei soup buns are a kind of steamed buns with soup stuffing.

    They are well known as the local flavor of Wuhan made initially by the famous cook Mr.Tian Yushan the king of soup buns. In 1922,Mr.Tian Yushan firstly set up a store that was the precursor of Si jimei soup-bun-store and began to sell the soup buns .Differing from the others, this kind of buns has thin skin, much soup , tender stuffing and fresh taste. Si jimei buns are cooked with small steam boxes made of bamboo. The ways of cooking is developed basing on that of the Zhen jiang soup buns. Si jimei is famous because of that it has correspondingly delicious buns to be sold for the four different seasons. Specially in Autumn, when lake crabs are on the market, the buns made with the fresh meat of crabs attract a great deal of customers. All the customers are well filled with the buns and their tastiness is on everybody's lips.

     Today Si jimei has become a food &drink L.C.with restaurants and factories. The technology of its new product-the fast-cooled mushroom stuffed soup bun has gained the national patent. Further more, it has presented a great number of newly developed products such as shelled shrimp meat stuffed, terrapin stuffed and fresh fish stuffed soup buns.
